Kelsie Hawkins was born and raised in Carrollton, Texas in a musically driven household. Shortly after she could walk and talk, she was heavily involved in dance (jazz, ballet, and tap) and music (violin and vocals). At eight years old, Kelsie developed a passion for volleyball as well, playing on multiple highly competitive club teams and Newman Smith High School’s varsity team starting in her Freshman year. After years of juggling music, dance, and volleyball, Kelsie devoted her senior year to vocal performance and choir, and placed in the top 8 Soprano One’s in the state.
Planning to major in vocal performance at UNT, Kelsie realized her truest passion was fitness. She started off by earning multiple group exercise certifications; including Zumba, U-Jam, Booty Barre, Treat While You Train, and Hip Hop Dance Cardio.
Wanting to have a more direct impact on individual’s journeys to health and fitness, Kelsie received multiple certifications from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Kelsie is also certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
Along with her CPT, Kelsie specializes in weight loss, nutrition, corrective exercise, and sport-specific training.
With over 90% of women as young as age 12 reported as having body image issues, Kelsie strives to help guide them to where they want to be both physically and mentally.
Kelsie lives by the phrase, “The best thing you’ll ever work on is you.”
