Hi I’m Michael Rodgers but you can call me Mike. I’ve been in the fitness industry for about 7 years now. During my earlier years I wanted to become a professional fighter. After the first year I realized that I could make a huge impact in others lives if I become a personal/group fitness trainer.
I am ISSA certified Personal Trainer, ISSA CPR certified, ASFA group fitness/bootcamp Instructor, USA Boxing certified Instructor, MX4 Functional Small Group Instructor and 2nd degree black belt through Kukkiwon Taekwondo Federation. I understand that fitness is more than losing weight and gaining muscle. It’s a lifestyle shift that starts from the inside. My goal is to empower you to overcome hurdles and fearlessly reach your goals. Your greatest habit should be refusing to accept anything less than your potential.
